Tom Lord has a Masters in Counseling Psychology. He is a Certified Master hypnotist by the National Guild of Hypnotism. He is a Certified NLP Practitioner (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). He has a Certification in Trauma Counseling from the International Association of Trauma Counselors. He is an American Academy Certified Addiction Specialist (C.A.S.).

In addition, Tom is certified from the Statewide California Coalition for Battered Women –Domestic Violence Advocate Training. He has worked in the VA Counseling PTSD-post Traumatic Stress Disorder. He is Certified in Mediation and was Ordained March 10,1980.

He is a Certified Thoracic Outlet Syndrome Society Professional Specialist (TOSS).
